By using 2DooD ("the app") you agree to these terms. The app is provided free of charge, with no warranties. Read these once. They are not long.

1. Who we are

2DooD is built and operated by MeloMed Inc. ("we", "our"). For questions or support, email

2. Your account

You need an account (email + password) to use 2DooD. You are responsible for keeping your password safe. You can permanently delete your account and all your data at any time in the app, from Settings → Delete account. One person per account.

3. What you can do

Use 2DooD to manage your own todos, sync with your own Google account, share with people you choose, and otherwise enjoy the app.

4. What you can't do

Don't use 2DooD to spam, harass, or harm others.

Don't try to access other users' data.

Don't scrape, reverse-engineer, or rate-limit-flood the API.

Don't upload illegal content, CSAM, or anything that violates someone else's rights.

Don't use it to circumvent Google's or Supabase's terms.

If you do any of these, we may suspend or delete your account without notice.

5. Your data

You own your data. We store and process it as described in our Privacy Policy. You can request deletion or export at any time.

6. Google integration

When you connect Google Calendar or Google Tasks, you authorize 2DooD to read or write specific data on your behalf. The exact scopes are shown on Google's consent screen. You can revoke this access any time at

myaccount.google.com/permissions

. Use of Google data complies with Google's API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. Service availability

2DooD is provided "as is," with no SLA. The service may be slow, unavailable, or change at any time. We make no promise about uptime, performance, or feature stability. We try our best, but life happens.

8. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We don't guarantee the app is error-free, secure, or fit for any particular purpose. You use it at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of 2DooD. Our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to USD .

10. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be flagged in-app or via email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

11. Termination

You can stop using 2DooD at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. We may also discontinue the entire service at any time, with reasonable notice if possible.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in New York County.
